If we could print patient address from gensolve onto envelope

Being able to change the account allocation of miscellaneous items they have been reconciled.
Often after the Bank Rec is completed we discover that a miscellaneous item was allocated to the incorrect account. Currently once the item has been reconciled nothing can be changed. It would be helpful if the account could be changed.

<<ReferrerClinicName>> merge field missing from Condition and Condition Exam
Please add <<ReferrerClinicName>> merge field to the templates.
It is necessary for the clinic name to come through to letters from the Referral/Condition. It is not always appropriate for the GPClinicName mergefield to be in the letter, as that comes from the patients file and may be different to the referrer.

Auto populate templates into new client contracts
It would be great in the contract set up to be able to attach common templates like client consent forms so when you create a client contract the consent form would automatically upload into letters and uploads

Dietetic initial appointments to default to 40mins so it does not have to be changed manually each time
At present out initial Dietetic service code is set to 40mins but does not default to that when making appointment. It has to be changed manually every time which can lead to errors

AHRR
When a patient is being seen under a WC plan, we should be able to easily see and work out what AHHR it is.eg . if we are up to appointment 264 (as an example) how do I know what plan that is without having to calculate it manually?

SERVICE CHARGES LINKED TO A PAYMENT TYPE
Linking service charges to the payment type so there is not a large group of services to go through.
EG:
When creating an appointment > clicking payment type > MedicareWhen clicking the list of services it only comes up with the certain services that match medicare

Health Engine - Integration
Integration with online directory. Currently manually entering the appointments onto health engine. De energising process for admin staff members, and costs us ~ 2 hours per week in admin time.

Currently our admin team needs to publish appointments with using Health Engine (as an online booking platform) manually.

Batch edit for classes
Able to batch edit classes such as adding or altering charges.
Also able to duplicate a class when creating large volumes of classes that are very similar1 vote -
Sort by "most recent appointment" in client search window
When searching for a patient in the "client search window", please add a column to sort by "most recent appointment" or something similar. This would allow easier finding of a recent patient should only a first or last name be known.

Ability when setting up appointment schedule, to choose to apply each year
Provide a check box or similar to allow applying of schedule to same date in the future i.e. Australian public holidays that are on the same date each year
