  1. Currently find it hard to write notes towards end of day/late at night due to not being able to subtly increase size of text with zoom in functionality or subtle increase in text. Note currently its either small or large text sizes and it's something it's not very user friendly.

  2. To have a product history tab in each product - so when you open the product you have the ability to see stock arrival and entry/invoice, purchase history, stock transfer history, it will show clients who purchased and when for - warranty and returns.

  3. Workers comp clients book appointments in lots of 8. When the cycle is coming to an end and further approval is requested, we like to hold future appointments for the client at their usual day/time until the approval comes through. Then we can convert the casual to an appointment. Making 8 casual appointments takes lots of time. If I could click and book again from the first casual without re-entering all the details, that would be fab.

  4. The little icon at the bottom of diary is often overlooked for the waitlist as it is so small. I would like to see a much larger icon and possibly even at the top of the diary where you eyes are naturally drawn to

  5. Quality Check Letters Produced for EPC - allow a Template Merge search by code. This would enable patients with an EPC code (eg. 10960 or whatever the clinic uses) to be found and make it easier to check that the required letters have been produced.....

  7. In the class section it would be good to be either able to add more than one charge type per person OR be able to add the person more than once, eg in a Hydrotherapy class there maybe a pool entry fee as well as the class consult

  8. To help with following up appts that need ato be marked as needing ttention

    On the appointment page...
    Add a NEW (right click on appt) status change of appointment to
    "Needs attention"
    Allow a report to be generated of all appts that are labelled as this.
    Allow a note to be added when changed to "needs attention"

    Current appt status are either "confirmed" "arrived" "with practitioner" "completed" "cancelled" "no show"

  12. It would be great if the automated SMS messages to clients could allow for a wider variety of fields (e.g. "service type" to give clients more information about what they will be doing and what to bring, especially for group sessions and classes).

  13. Please could you add next of kin name, relationship to client and phone number to the home page of the client file, and allow these fields to be merge fields. This is imperative to allow best practice healthcare.

  14. We would like to be able to track refunds that have been processed. Currently, we can view them within the Client Payments Report, however trying to find them within the many processed payments is not efficient. I have tried exporting to Excel and filtering but the way it exports (merged cells etc) means filtering by payment is not possible - I have to copy the data and paste it into a new spreadsheet, and then I can filter the data to see only the refunds.

  15. There is a section in the conditions where we enter the number of approved sessions. If we can create a report that shows all the remainder appointments (unused)? Weekly, monthly, daily selection to show unused appointments? This will make it easier for us to keep track on clients who haven't rebook however still have approval on file. Thank you.

  16. Please allow us to resize the windows when entering purchases and patient appointments.
    This would allow us to see more than a few rows of information at one time.
    Maximising the window makes the visibility of the rows worse. Some then are hidden completely.

The header space at top is not very large - so two things- when making a call, the phone number under the client name is small - so to make sure to get the right number there is the extra step of having to open clients file before you can see it. The 2nd thing- would be better if the header was larger so notes made in the "notes" section, can see more than just the first line - and can also be seen better without opening or having to hover over it.

  18. Highlight selected line item when doing a bank reconciliation so you can more easily see the date of the item. Currently when you click on a line item it highlights just the cell you click into. It's often difficult to see the date of the transaction but if the entire line was highlighted when you click on an individual cell this would be much easier
