  1. It is often a parent or carer that we are contacting when making phone calls - it would be great to have a extra box next to the phone number so you can make a note who the phone number is for.

  2. When putting a patient on a wait list there is currently only the option of choosing 1 provider or 'no preferred provider'. It would be handy to have the option of choosing multiple providers or specific providers such as 'physios only' or 'massage only' as we have a few different allied health working professions working here.

  3. Automatic messages to be able to be sent out on Fridays (whilst being able to keep the daily reminder at the day before) to remind patients of their Monday appointment, so we dont have to deal with all the cancellations Monday morning.
    OR
    Being able to have 2 automatic reminders go out for the one patient, eg. 72 hours before hand and 24 hours before hand.

  4. Gensolve really need to add a family group feature. eg. when 2 or more members of a family come in for treatment, we should be able to select the members and do a group payment for hicaps and EFT. I have worked with many electronic software systems and this has always been a feature.

In the Condition screen when entering in an injury you have the option to put in left, right or N/A, Recently we have started doing DVA Online payments and they are very picky with what they take and have noticed you have to be very careful if you don't state what side the injury is, so I feel it would be very beneficial to have the option to put down "Both" as an option.
    Example: Both Knees or Both Ankles instead of just Knee N/A

  6. Hi, we have recently started sending custom forms to new patients to complete. We would like a way (besides writing in the appointment note area) to see that a form has been already sent to a client?
    I understand that the completed form is uploaded in the Letters area (and there have been numerous requests to receive notification that the form has been completed) but it would be very helpful to be able to identify whether a form has been sent, we don't want to be bombarding people with numerous requests to complete a form.

Cancellation Policies have to be well advertised prior to implementation and we would like to add a small text box to the bottom of our receipts to advise patients of the current cancellation policy. This text box is currently available for invoices but not receipts. It could be used for many purposes e.g. communicating shut down times over Christmas etc.

  10. When entering text in some notes fields (eg Subjective, objective) it is only possible to view 4 lines of text without having to scroll down. This occurs is almost all kinds of assessment types (Standard, SOAPER, SOTAP).
    When writing a detailed history, or writing multiple objective measures in teh test box, it means text has to dissappear off the screen.
    Can the text box explode out when data is being entered.
    Alternatively when we switch to full screen view can all the fields expand rather than staying the same size .

  12. Currently I have a couple of products that are hicaps claimable but have to place them in the services section. Would be good to have this function as may help manage stock of products better. Makes sense to have things like heel raises and the like in products, not services.

  14. In September 2021, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) updated their invoicing requirements for all health providers across NSW. The amendment required all practitioners registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to include their AHPRA number on invoices.

  15. Create a tick box and 'reason for inactivation', that allows us to inactivate a patient. This would allow us to pull a report for how many active patients we have, also to be able to report on reasons why patients are inactive.

  16. We have all different sizes of screens and the therapist usually have a much smaller screen (laptops) so the ability to scroll the screen so they can see the full window which they are working in would be super helpful!!
