Insured by ACC
When the surcharges are covered by ACC, it would be good to choose ACC as the insurer and this to be added automatically to the total amount to be billed to ACC

manual input of allowed appoinments for insured clients
It would be helpful if we could manually input the amount of insured treatments allowed so that we can be prompted when the treatments are running out or when the treatments have finished and the invoice is ready to be sent. This would help keep track of how many appointments have been used under the insurance.

Be able to see Week view in Mobile bookings page
In the GPM mobile web page, the options to view appointments are only a day view, monthly calendar, or a list. It would save time when trying to book patients remotely (e.g. at sports coverage, or when in alternative location) to be able to view the week view rather than having to click through each day to find a suitable time.

Change format of time / day / date so that modern phones recogsie it. Then patient can add to their calender and add their own timed reminde

New blank box to appear under "reffered by" for specific details
Where it has the "referred by" box, under the ACC 45 section, add a blank box underneath to specify details. This would mean we could condense the drop down box to only list general referrers such as friend, doctor, etc and then we can write a specific person in the optional blank box underneath. i.e Referred by "GP" blank box underneath "Dr. Turner".
