  1. It's easy to miss patients who are on waitlist as I don't constantly check the waitlist. A notification when there is an availability for a patient on the waitlist to be booked in would be helpful.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2. An icon will be visible at the bottom of the clinician’s calendar when clients are waiting for appointments.

  2. Currently when a service price increase is set we have to go through our entire appointment book of future appointments to reset the new price increase. This means clicking on each patient in the appointment book and clicking on the service charge. Can there be an option when we set a new service charge an option pops up asking if we want to apply the new charge to all future booked appointments with that service charge on the book. A much needed feature as it takes hours to manually set the new price for future appointments.

  3. Hi Gensolve,
    When our clients first sign up to online booking they need to reply to an SMS message to confirm they are a person and not a machine and to also confirm the appointment.

    We have some young and elderly clients who do not have mobile phones but use email often. Could we have an option to choose SMS or email to receive the confirmation where you would click on a link to confirm your account?

    Hi,

    You can work on a second window while leaving your email window open. This will avoid missing information while doing something else in the app.

  7. would like to request that we can have more than the two options available (initial and follow up appts)

    Administration → Web Configuration → General Settings → Enable SMS Appointment verification (unticking this option disables sms confirmation for appointments)

  9. can we have all clinician schedules default to being available online (with the option to deselect some schedules if desired) vs the current system whereby rosters for every clinician have to be added individually by site and by day.

    That would make a big difference for a client like Lynley who has 8 sites and more staff than we do.

  10. Loving the new wait list function and the indicator at the bottom of the column, but I have noticed that it only appears when you are on the day view, and not when you are in the week view. For a small clinic where there is only 1-2 physios, our books are often open on week view and therefore we don't get to see the Wait List indicator. Is it possible to have it on the week view as well?

  12. Book appointments and classes at least 3 hours in advance before the appointment/class start time.
    Early morning appointments and classes maybe booked overnight in advance.
    Avoid last minute bookings so instructors can know in advance

  14. When entering in cash sales for a client, there is no where to attribute this to a therapist without making it a diary entry. This would then throw out number of patients actually treated. At the moment if a client comes in after a treatment to buy equipment as instructed by their therapist, the equipment sale is entered as a cash sale and will not show as income under the therapist. For therapist who receive a percentage of equipment sold this is important. Is it possible that the therapist/clinician be entered as a field to cash sales?

    It is possible to print the Waitlist by viewing it, and using the F7 function to auto populate into an Excel spreadsheet.

  16. Send automatic text reminders the morning of patient's appointment, say aprox 7am or 8am. I get a lot of no shows as people forget, whereas sending manual texts significantly improves patients turning up
