  2. Would be awesome if there was a way to email documents directly to Gensolve (ie unique number for each client - 12345678@gensolve.co.nz) and attachments were uploaded to Gensolve for that client.

  3. It would be helpful if when appointment is first booked to have the primary option of "booked" not "confirmed". So that we can mark the appointment as "confirmed" closer to the appointment date for those patients who request a reminder the day prior.

  4. With postage Stamps going up to $1, we would like to be able to send all correspondence to medical practitioners via a secure portal and Argus is apparently the way to go. It would be great if Gensolve could integrate with Argus to make life easier.

  6. Please can you add the facility to do eprescribing the fulfills the NZ ministry of health requirements. https://www.health.govt.nz/our-work/digital-health/other-digital-health-initiatives/emedicines/new-zealand-eprescription-service

    Around 90% of prescriptions in NZ are now through eprescribing. And it creates a lot of extra work by not having this facility on gensolve because we are not allowed to use fax anymore. So we have to print the prescription, sign it, scan it, then email it and post it to the pharmacy. The whole system has changed in NZ with the expectation that eprescribing is the norm. So Gensolve is behind here by not having it. Thank you!

  11. It would be great to have a streamlined report that calculates Patient Visit Averages for each clinician for a selected period of time. This KPI is vital to know as a business owner to measure clinician performance. The ideal report would calculate total number of consults divided by total number of individual clients, and should allow date range selection as well as filtering by clinician and site.

    The current method for extracting this data is time consuming and extremely inefficient.

  12. Currently when an is rejected the appointment will remain with the "Bill ACC?" box ticked.
    It is then uploaded into the next invoicing schedule to ACC unless we also manually untick.
    If, when the payment is rejected, we have a pop-up option of unticking the Bill ACC box then this two-step process will be simplified.

  13. Similar to the "Update Available Email Tags" we would like to be able to add TAGS to our email templates.
    Really need <Appointment Date> and <Providers Name> tags added to all types of email templates.
    And if people could add their own tags - or could copy from other templates (like SMS template) would be helpful.

  14. Customizable columns in contract view. Rather than contract creation date, service start date is more applicable for the ACC contracts we complete, the option to customize the columns a user sees on the contract page would be great. It would also be beneficial for clinics providing regional coverage to have a column on the contract page that has location to assist with allocation and scheduling

  19. When emailing statements, those that remain without an email address need to be sent individually. A checkbox to only show clients who don't have an email address in the statement list could work so that when ticked we could just print the statements that we need to.

  20. We had an incident recently where a patient blacked out and we had no information as to who to call for her. A Next of Kin field is I think quite normal for consent forms, especially in the health sector.
