Send investigations via Healthlink from Attach a File
When creating a Healthlink message be able to select Investigations from Attach a File like we can attach Discharge Reports.

An Outcome Measures report that can compile outcome measures per patient, a list of patients' outcome measures per clinician, etc
A report that generates outcome measures and numerical scores of outcome measures per patient, per clinician, per site, etc. so average outcome measures over time period can be tracked if desired.

Alert or Event When a Certain Patient Books an Appointment
It would be great to have an automatic event or alert sent to a certain system user when a specific patient has booked an appointment.
This would help when we have left a message for a patient to book an appointment for a specific reason and need to know when they have actually booked. We sometimes need this so we can remember to add specific ACC billing codes etc.
For example a section on the client edit screen: 'Send event to notify of appointment' to user 'Bob Jones' (Drop down) 'Recurrence: Next appointment only/every appointment/specific dates'.

Create a weekly view timetable for Classes by site
Create an exportable view (Timetable) of all classes weekly and who is taking them by site. So it can easily be displayed in clinic and on clinic website.

when creating an event if you dont put in an "action to" you get a prompt advising that you havent actioned the event to anyone
We use the gensolve events extensively and prefer to use them instead of emails.
There is one common error that is regularly made by our team and that is when they create an event they can commonly forget to put in an “action to” name which causes delays and things being missed.I note that when you create an event and put an “action to” and click save, gensolve prompts you by telling you how many people you are eventing and asks if that is correct.
Are we able to change the warning / prompt in gensolve to advise that…

Payment method per transaction to show on Multiple Payment Receipt printout
When printing a Multiple Payment receipt the payment method per transaction does not show and also balance at bottom would be good. Currently only the total transaction value shows instead of $0 or balance outstanding.

Can Gensolve please ensure the Read Codes list is up to date for Physiotherapy allocation - it doesn't come across as being very accurate or fully comprehensive. Over the past couple of years I've had to add quite a few Read Codes that weren't there. Thank you.

Ability to select if reply has been received/appt confirmed from SMS reminder in "Reminders tab/button"
At the moment in the "Reminders" section under SMS reminders, it has a little tick box if the reminder has been sent. It would be good also if there was a tick box for when we receive confirmation or a drop down box similar to the ones above in phone reminders to say if a response has been received via email.

Maitland symbols in treatment notes
Allow shortcut buttons to be created with symbols frequently used in the Maitland style of treatment recording ie instead of PA mob we use a down arrow when handwriting (old school). These are accepted symbols in clinical notes and understood by all Physios - I believe.

If a claim is understigation can we have a feature that stops the physios or staff from completing the appointments. Maybe a manual feature that gives warnings or stops the clients appts from being completed.

Add "Class Notes" button to "Run medical notes report"
Can you please add the option of viewing the class notes in the Medical Notes report. Currently only have option of Exam/ notes and Clinical notes, with buttons underneath to include medical history and general health. Would be very helpful particularly if seeing more than one practitioner at once.

Inclusion of "Vestibular" as a condition
Vestibular/balance clients are becoming more common in private practice.
Inclusion of a "Vestibular" condition and associated special tests (e.g. Head-thrust nystagmus, eye follow etc.) would definitely streamline the assessment process and allow for better care with a vestibular client.
Similarly, including balance assessments (CTSIB, TSST etc.) would allow for more accurate recording of outcome measures.5 votes
