Add inbox in Gensolve so that inbound emails can be attached to client records
Problem: ACC Case Manager sends provider an email that needs to be recorded against the client record. At the moment, providers cut and paste the email into an event. Solution. Have an email address for system users (like Evernote) so that they can forward emails from their main address into the Gensolve inbox for attaching to the client record. (Ie like the Healthlink inbox). Add a tick box to indicate if this email needs to be included in the medical notes report.

Drag and drop seems to work between the email client and Gensolve Uploads.

I just save the email to my desktop and upload the file into uploads for the patient concerned
