Option for claim number in Email Templates
Insurers are now preferring email invoices and require the patient's claim number in the subject line. There is not an option to have the claim number in the Email templates, we are manually putting it in.

Now insurers are asking that the claim number is is the subject line - currently this needs to be copied from the file BEFORE opening the email to paste in the subject line... I've just realised someone has just said that..
agree with below - this should not be request and I'm sure a quick addition to the current setup

This shouldn't be just a request! This is essential for NSW physio's to send emailed invoices to insurers. Please action this ASAP!

As well as the option for an invoice number, the clients name would also be great as WorkCover Insurers are now requesting both the claim number and clients name in the subject of emailed invoices.
