    The calendar uses the settings as defined on your PC under Regional Settings. You can edit this by going into Control Panel and Language and Regional Settings (or Region and Language – it differs dependent on your computer) and set the ‘First day of week’ to be Monday.

    Once that has been updated, restart GPM and the calendar will show as expected.

    This feature already exists and can be found via Front Office → Claim Reviews.

    Select the ‘Show Conditions Due’ option to view all client conditions with 12 or more treatments that are eligible for a Claim Review.

  3. It takes 7 clicks to book an appointment for a new client, this is super long when the patient is waiting on the phone and in a hurry. A faster booking for new clients would be great!

  4. As per changes to the ACC contract a report that can bring up claims that are due a claim review between 12-16 appointments. This will allow us to keep ahead of ACC's requirement to complete this patient report.

    This feature is a great one and already exists. You can manage all Claim Reviews and filter to show Reviews Due via Front Office → Claim Reviews.

  5. When we do a patient search can there a be a link between the patients known by name and given name, currently if you search for patient by given name it will not link it to their known by name

  6. This would allow a No Delete Option for User Access Roles such as Clinicians. This would prevent malicious deleting of forward bookings in the appointment book.

    This feature is a great one and already exists. The option to allow deletion of Client Appointments can be selected in the User Access Role under the Client Access heading.

    Yes, the option to stop those additional confirmation pop ups can be stopped using the top menu Options > and untick Acknowledge Save Changes.

  8. Be able to restrict service charges to clinician type. This would be great for multidisciplinary clinics who offer a number of allied health services. E.g. Being able to restrict service charges to 'Physiotherapists' 'Exercise Physiologists' or 'Massage Therapists' or 'All Clinician Types'

  9. Our business message bank advises us the phone numbers of callers who do not leave a message. It would be great if we could search clients by their phone numbers so then we would know who we were ringing.

  10. The new update does not pre-select an event type, this is very annoying in that it creates another step int he process that is not needed. We do not refer to the event type at all, it is just a message/ reminder service. Please consider changing back to pre last update format.

    Hi there

    We are checking out both historical and current feature requests and updating information for requesters.

    The Appointment Service Charge Detail report includes an Appt Duration column which shows the duration of the appointment in minutes.

  12. Can a toggle be added to the Visibility and Ledgers tab for a Service Charge. At the moment I have a huge task of adding 17 therapists who should not see specific Service Charges, when the charge is only applicable for 2 therapists.

    Hi there

    We are looking back at all Suggestions from previous years, as well as current Suggestions.

    When searching a Client via the Client drop down search, the Client’s ‘known as’ name will show.

    When searching via ‘Find Client’ under the ‘Client’ menu, both name and known as name can be searched.

  15. It would be great to have the option to be able to change the date of the invoice when creating invoice, rather than having to go into the client's folder, in their accounts and then change the date from there.

  16. Possibly in the General Health section. We could write down there that they've purchased a theraband, dumbell, trigger point ball etc, so when planning programs for them we can easily check what equipment they have and what more they will need. Especially helpful if they don't gym.

    Redeeming gift vouchers are catered for by either negative amount Service Charges or Products which will apply a credit against the Client’s Account.

  18. Create an upload tab for staff/ clinician records so all APCs and relevant records can be stored and accessed by admin staff. We are increasingly being asked for staff related records and storing them centrally in Gensolve would make more sense.

    To update, there is the option to create your staff as ‘Employees’ under the Accounting form, which includes a Letters and Uploads tab.

    Also there is Front Office>Reference Files.

  19. Could you make it possible to customise the email that is sent when you click on the client screen to send a Registration link for online appointments.

    We would like to use this as a welcome email which includes the link for online bookings along with other information.

    Example below

    The Portal Registration Email function is not intended as a general Client Email as there are other options for that purpose.

    You can have a custom ‘Client Appointment’ Email Template to send the information described via the right click menu on the appointment or via the Client’s email in the Client Details screen.

  20. It would be good to have a note text box for patients to enter extra notes with their online booking. E.g. to state that their booking is injury related so a potential ACC booking to prompt reception.

    When a user chooses an appointment on the portal, before Confirming, an ‘Additional Notes’ field will show which is a free text field.
    The patient can type in any details there and they will appear in the Appointment Notes in Gensolve
