  1. Option for "Appt notes" to display on main appointment screen next to their name

    Being able to see the patients complaint at a glance will help a lot with the smooth running of our clinic.

  2. When doing multiple payment allow to see category of payment.

    Eg: portion for ISOFT/HICAP and/or portion for cash, EFT. Lots of patients have asked for it.

  3. Add the phone number (ideally a click to phone) to ALL steps of the process

    Add the phone number (ideally a click to phone) to ALL steps of the process so if the patient gets fed up they can easily call and be converted by our staff. Ie “Not sure which Therapist to see; Call … and our friendly reception staff will direct you to the best person for your problem”
