Clarity in online booking
with online bookings, once a clinician is chosen, the service options available to pick from should only include services that the clinician offers

Faster booking when patient on phone
It takes 7 clicks to book an appointment for a new client, this is super long when the patient is waiting on the phone and in a hurry. A faster booking for new clients would be great!

As per changes to the ACC contract a report that can bring up claims that require a review between 12-16 appointments.
As per changes to the ACC contract a report that can bring up claims that are due a claim review between 12-16 appointments. This will allow us to keep ahead of ACC's requirement to complete this patient report.
1 voteThis feature is a great one and already exists. You can manage all Claim Reviews and filter to show Reviews Due via Front Office → Claim Reviews.

Yes, the option to stop those additional confirmation pop ups can be stopped using the top menu Options > and untick Acknowledge Save Changes.

Allow custom template to Portal registration email
Could you make it possible to customise the email that is sent when you click on the client screen to send a Registration link for online appointments.
We would like to use this as a welcome email which includes the link for online bookings along with other information.
Example below
Subject: Welcome to (Company Name)
Dear X
Thank you for choosing (Compnay Name) to assist you in your recovery.
We hope you have been happy with our service today. We would welcome feedback on your first impressions. Please click on this link at any time to send us your thoughts.…

The Portal Registration Email function is not intended as a general Client Email as there are other options for that purpose.
You can have a custom ‘Client Appointment’ Email Template to send the information described via the right click menu on the appointment or via the Client’s email in the Client Details screen.

Are we able to make it so clinician appointments booked on the diary show who actually booked it like it does for client appointments?

Online Booking Additional Note
It would be good to have a note text box for patients to enter extra notes with their online booking. E.g. to state that their booking is injury related so a potential ACC booking to prompt reception.
17 votesWhen a user chooses an appointment on the portal, before Confirming, an ‘Additional Notes’ field will show which is a free text field.
The patient can type in any details there and they will appear in the Appointment Notes in Gensolve -

When doing a name search the search only picks up the first name and surname. Would make sense for the search included the "Known Name" as well

When searching a Client via the Client drop down search, the Client’s ‘known as’ name will show.
When searching via ‘Find Client’ under the ‘Client’ menu, both name and known as name can be searched.

The new update does not pre-select an event type, this is very annoying in that it creates another step int he process that is not needed. We do not refer to the event type at all, it is just a message/ reminder service. Please consider changing back to pre last update format.

Default senders email address to logged in user when sending email via GPM
Currently users have to select the senders email address from drop down list. This has potential privacy risks with the wrong address selected or users choosing an alternative address. In the first instance, would be good to default to the logged in user's email address in the sender field and secondly, why is there a list that people can choose from?

Toggle to Include / Exclude Providers for Service Charge
Can a toggle be added to the Visibility and Ledgers tab for a Service Charge. At the moment I have a huge task of adding 17 therapists who should not see specific Service Charges, when the charge is only applicable for 2 therapists.

Invoicing Gift Vouchers
A system were we can credit a client that has been given a gift voucher for a treatment/product at a future appointment date.

Redeeming gift vouchers are catered for by either negative amount Service Charges or Products which will apply a credit against the Client’s Account.

Search via know name and first name
When searching a patient which has a known name completely different to their first name you can only find them by their known name. For example - Patient James Smith goes by Jimmy and you can only find him if you search for Jimmy Smith yet all ACC data has James Smith info on it. Would be helpful if you could search by both.

Search for a client by first name - (if only remember first name)
Sometimes it is hard to remember a client's surname - but easy to remember first name. It would be great if the search function were set up to search by first name, then surname, so that if you forget their surname - you plug in 'Jo' and then the options come up: "Jo Bloggs" "Jo Blow" "Jo Watson" ...

Discharge letter to save to Gensolve
Instead of creating the d/c letter, saving to your desktop and then uploading it into the clients letters/upload; it would be helpful if when you create the d/c letter that it automatically saves to letters/uploads when it is created.

Making the Payment Transaction Easier
The payment transaction is very long winded. There is a lot of clicking this and clicking that to get to each part. The payment process is very long winded. There is a lot of clicking buttons to get to each part and the process takes longer. When a patient is in pain and they have to stand there waiting it can make them irritated.

Pulling cell phone number in letter generation for client
Pulling cell phone number information into letter generation for clients; as most people just use cell phones these days and not home numbers, so henceforth every time a letter is generated for a client I.E a referral letter, their cell number has to be copy and pasted into the letter has been generated as no number is pulled as 90% of people no longer use home numbers.
