It would be helpful if confirmation email for classes & appointments allowed practitioners to specify cancellation terms eg 24 hrs notice is required or the full fee will be charged. At present, we can enter text & it shows when appointment is made but it doesn't appear on the confirmation email, which is what they will refer to. this only shows practice phone no. Txt entered via 'Custom Txt" shows up in footer in appointment confirmation - not asuitable spot as will be missed. Doesn't show at all in class confirmation
