Calendar view stay the way you set it up
Prior to the last release, you set you calendar up the way you want to view it and even if you log out and back in again - your calendar would stay the way you set it. Now - if you set it up to be the way you want it - to be in week view, for just your own schedule, for example - if you log out and in again, the view defaults back to day view. It would be good if it stayed the way you set it.

A standard NP Form specific for data in Gensolve
3 votesGensolve now has a form that can either be sent to clients or filled out in the clinic on a tablet, Ipad or devise of your choice. This form auto populates to the clients card with vital information and saves a copy as PDF that is date and time stamped. Having this feature will not only save on time but might also save a few trees.

Missing Merge Fields in Condition Template
we require the following merge fields to be updated to allow appropriate letters to be sent for clients condition using the rehab assessment template

tick the box "show charges" = make it work again in Contracts
We used to be able to go to contracts, tick on show charges - and we would see what contracts have charges and what has been invoiced for the contracts, in the contract list. It was much better for a quick check of invoicing for managing the service.
Please turn this back on. When ticking it now it just shows $0 for all. not correct. Really miss this easy way of checking for simple contracts.3 votesThe Charges function under Contracts has been re-activated. This Suggestion is now Completed.

Creating an appt recurrence move service type to future appts
When creating an appointment recurrence the appointments you book as recurrences don't copy the same service type/charge as the appointment you created it from - the future appointments are blank meaning you still have to go and add the service types to every appointment in the recurrence.

Contract Site Payment Report - Add Invoice Numbers and Individual Contractor Income Summary
Is it possible to have all clinician charges separated with their own totals on this report?
Would you be able to add the invoice number allocated to the charges on this report?

To update, the Contract Site Payment Report includes Invoice numbers and can be grouped by Treating Provider which will give the individual totals.

Restrict email send from address
Ability to restrict the choice of email addresses a user can use in the gensolve email screen. In many cases it is not appropriate for admin staff, or anyone else for that matter to send emails on behalf of Company directors, principals and clinicians.

Pop up alert for double appointment. To appear when a patient/client has been booked in twice for an appointment on the same day.

Allow to disable SMS Verification on every appointment and only enable it for user registration
Have a checkbox to disable SMS appointment confirmation to prevent double sms sending for new users.

GRC needs fixing in quick discharge
Are you aware that the global rating of change (GRC) auto-populates as 10 when pressing quick discharge, despite the fact that the scale is -5 to 5?

End date a payment type
Recently had a clean-up of payment types and whilst it is not a function to delete a payment type (nor should it be, as history is lost with it) can the functionality to end date a payment type be introduced so that it no longer shows as something for use, or pollutes the list with unnecessary types no longer used.
Alternatively a check box be introduced to show/un-show in payment type list.2 votesThis has now been completed and released in version 7.2.
A payment type can now be marked as inactive and will no longer show on new payments. Historical payments remain unchanged.

Autolog off from gensolve if it has not been used for a period of time - security - so if left on in office out of hours the system closes

Pop up reminder with post surgery conditions
When actioning a post surgery condition there is now a tick box for post surgery on the condition form however ACC have been telling clients that the Post Surgery claim is valid for 12 months from the first Post Surgery apt, so on the Condition, we need to check the claim is not expired and change the Appts Valid To box to a year from the first Post Surgery treatment. It would be helpful to have a pop up prompt for the user to make sure that the Claim isn't expired and that the condition valid to date is set…
2 votesTo confirm, ACC removed the ability to set a Condition to Post Surgery approximately 2 years ago, so this functionality no longer exists in Gensolve.

I would like the system to log the date and time a booking is made and on which login ID
Because we have a cancellation policy it is important to know when a cancellation is made. It is also useful to know when a booking as been made and by whom.

The option to email all statements in one hit, under Accounting>Statement Batches
The option to email all statements in one hit, under Accounting>Statement Batches. Currently they can click on icon ‘view all batch statements’ and go from statement to statement to email.
However for that to work, all debtors would need to have email addresses entered, or an alert on what statements won’t be emailed due to no email address linked to the debtor.2 votes -
To have and option to add all clinician schedules to being available online
can we have all clinician schedules default to being available online (with the option to deselect some schedules if desired) vs the current system whereby rosters for every clinician have to be added individually by site and by day.
That would make a big difference for a client like Lynley who has 8 sites and more staff than we do.

Covid Pass
Is there someway to add a little tick box or something to say we have sighted the covid pass for each client, so we don't have to sight it each time. Once ticked it shows on the clients details.
