Improve online booking functionality and user ease of use
We have had quite a few patients noting/complaining that online booking is quite confusing and we agree that it is not user-friendly.
Possible alterations could be:
- Moving the booking a class box as most people go on initially and think they are booking in a class and aren't quite sure how to book an appointmentAs well as that we have had a couple of patients lately come in thinking they had booked an appointment but they hadn't completed the process online so there may be some fine-tuning needed there to ensure bookings are completed/confirmed.

Be able to to configure the Clinicians list on online booking - choose the order staff come up in.
Simply order the clinicans on online booking when looking at the location as a whole. i.e. currently it is Sam, James then Julie and i want it to show as James, Julie and then Sam last.

Editable online booking confirmation
The confirmation email the client receives is editable. We wish to let clients know that if they have an initial appointment they will receive online forms via email to fill in.

Can we have a feature that gives us the option to allow only certain clinicians to view documents but it is locked to all others?

colour codes - online booking
Have colour coded online booking system to make it more clear that there are different physician options eg physiotherapists and acupuncturists in one clinic.

Online Booking - calendar view of classes
At the moment booking a class is a two-step process: first choose which class you'd like to attend (i.e.: Monday at 5pm) and then look to see when it's next available (ie: in three week's time). Then repeat the process until you find one that suits.
I'm sure that works for some clients, but I expect a lot of people search on the basis of "What's available this week?" I think a week-view calendar option would streamline things for these people.2 votes -
Online Booking - allow rich text or HTML for clinicians professional statement
At the moment clinicians 'professional statements' only allow for plain text. Given that this is our last chance to direct the right client to the right therapist, it'd be great if we could include bold text, bullet lists etcetera to help us get the information across as effectively as possible... full html would be even better.

Client Booking View Preferences
Useful to have the ability to change the booking view, i.e default is showing the room number then the client name. Could be useful to have the ability to swap these around

Online booking - Show Clinician's full day but highlight times that are not available
This is to show that the Clinic is open all day but rather than hide the existing appointments, that they are highlighted to show that time is not available.

more practitioners available on the booking page
Currently our booking portal https://auappts.gensolve.com/pfabondi/site/details/bondi_junction only shows a maximum of 3 practitioners at any one time. Please increase this number as it makes booking quite hard, and patients think a certain practitioner is not available

Physical address on booking portal for clients
For online bookings could there be an area for their address as we are unable to follow up and send accounts to no shows because Baycorp require a physical address.

Improve how classes are displayed in on-line bookings.
Booking classes on-line is really clunky if your clinic has more than just a few classes in one location. The long list of days and times is awkward to navigate for clients. Available classes could be displayed on a calendar, or could be searchable, i.e. sort by type of class or time of day to reduce the list they see.

We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.
Some key improvements we have focused on include:
- Improving usability and reducing clicks
- Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
- Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
- Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
- Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

"Find out more" link from therapist booking page
At the moment we've just got some top-level information on the clinician booking page (we figure it’s best not to overload people with information while they’re in the decision-making zone) but it'd be great to be able to link back to their full bio on our website if people do want to learn more.

Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu
Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu rather than as an extra window/menu and double movement. Edit Client, View Letter + Uploads & New Letters already exist in top menu so do they need to be repeated here?
