Letters - contract template.
Where there are two contracts, same claim number - see attached photo, one of them was completed but it doesn't show the (Completed) whereas the Approved is showing as (Approved)
Would be good if the (Completed) would show to avoid confusion.

Is there a way of putting either;
1) "Completed" in brackets like the approved beside the contract (see attached)
2) Or ideally hide the completed contracts?If the clinicians press on the incorrect contract when down loading a template it re-populates the wrong information into the template. This isn't such an issue for our clients with one or two contracts as the risk of making a mistake is minimal - but for our clients who have serious injury and are in and out of our service over the years it becomes an issue.
