Re: New ACC Pain Management CSL1 & CSL2 Contracts.
Our clinic has been trialling the New ACC Pain Contracts which will rollout across NZ commencing Dec, 16. With these Contracts we are required to Invoice ACC by schedule for the appointment on a weekly basis which we have now been processing for the past 5 months.
Unfortunately although the schedules are processed correctly and paid accordingly no record appears of these schedules in the clients file. On entering the Clients Appointment Tab you will see that the Schedule column does not display the schedule number or if the schedule has been paid. ( compared with the Med Fees clients whose appts are also billed by schedule and this is recorded in clients appt screen Indicating when schedule paid). As ACC rolls out the New Contracts in December we all all be required to Invoice by schedule. It is imperative for accounting purposes that the schedule numbers/dates & pymts are recorded in the clients file. Look forward to hearing from you.
