Easily visible or popup "topics of conversation history" with that patient upon arrival.
Topics of past conversation box that shows up only to practitioner when patient is marked as arrives. (if you had seen the person before and wrote in the box you can see what you wrote)
Eg - when writing notes you could post in a separate box about what you spoke about in the previous appointment conversation - like notes but for your conversation. So that next time they attend you remember who they are or what you spoke about.
