  1. Useful to have the ability to change the booking view, i.e default is showing the room number then the client name. Could be useful to have the ability to swap these around

  3. Currently our booking portal https://auappts.gensolve.com/pfabondi/site/details/bondi_junction only shows a maximum of 3 practitioners at any one time. Please increase this number as it makes booking quite hard, and patients think a certain practitioner is not available

  5. Widen the appointment type bar on website bookings and make the selection mandatory rather than defaulting to the first one in the list.

    Some of our appointment type names are longer than the slot will allow and without a mandatory selection in place, many clients default to the top appointment type. This can mean that they arrive for their session which is booked as an initial but should be a subsequent and we loose 30 mins of clinical time.

  6. Patients can see that we are booked out rather than having blank days because they are booked. I know there are many reasons for not having appointments available, but it could look like we are not busy, so aren't available. To have a booked our sign over the day would show the short demand and potentially increase bookings due to limited availability.

  7. Pick a time based either on clinician OR service type
    AND ensure that only the correct services/ clinician respectively come up as options ... with the option of earliest clinician available if service type is the searched variable

  8. For online bookings could there be an area for their address as we are unable to follow up and send accounts to no shows because Baycorp require a physical address.

  9. Booking classes on-line is really clunky if your clinic has more than just a few classes in one location. The long list of days and times is awkward to navigate for clients. Available classes could be displayed on a calendar, or could be searchable, i.e. sort by type of class or time of day to reduce the list they see.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

At the moment we've just got some top-level information on the clinician booking page (we figure it’s best not to overload people with information while they’re in the decision-making zone) but it'd be great to be able to link back to their full bio on our website if people do want to learn more.

  11. It would be helpful to have an icon (e.g. 'A') to indicate a new client or a new assessment that Admin can use when booking in new clients. This icon can then appear on the new client's appointment in the Appointment book. Ta.

  13. Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu rather than as an extra window/menu and double movement. Edit Client, View Letter + Uploads & New Letters already exist in top menu so do they need to be repeated here?
