Can we have a feature that gives us the option to allow only certain clinicians to view documents but it is locked to all others?

Client Booking View Preferences
Useful to have the ability to change the booking view, i.e default is showing the room number then the client name. Could be useful to have the ability to swap these around

In the online booking webpage be able to add individualised information/text under the name of the clinic.
On the online booking page it would be useful to be able to add more information (a small blurb), that is individualised to your clinic. For example information about the days, hours available or about practitioners who may not be available to make appointments with online. Thanks

Online booking - Show Clinician's full day but highlight times that are not available
This is to show that the Clinic is open all day but rather than hide the existing appointments, that they are highlighted to show that time is not available.

Appointment pricing showing on web booking - include clinic hours and note from client
Able to show the fee or copayment for the appointment being booked. This could be as the initial or follow up filter is chosen or as additional text about the clinic somewhere on the page? An additional text area will also allow us to include opening hours, parking etc. Also allow client to write in a note when booking which might be injury type or something similar?

Incorporate Book Again options into Right Click menu rather than as an extra window/menu and double movement. Edit Client, View Letter + Uploads & New Letters already exist in top menu so do they need to be repeated here?

Treatment Date needs to appear on Receipts
Date of Treatment to be the item date on receipts, not the date of invoice. We have weekly complaints from our patients and/or their health-funds as we do require the actual treatment details in the receipt, not the invoice details, as our patients take this receipt to their health-fund to claim their rebate. The health-fund needs to have a record of the actual treatment date to process the claim. Most of the health-funds won’t pay against an invoice, it has to be the receipt of payment. Show number of consultations at top of each practitioner column
Ability to quickly see number of consultations at top of each practitioner column is useful to get an overall idea of bookings day to day & week to week for the practice & individual practitioners. We can get this info from reports but a quick look is easier for practitioners.

Healthlink - ability to send to more than one person, ie GP and specialist
It would be useful, if, when sending a letter/DC via healthlink to be able to cc to the another provider - eg GP,referrer, specialist etc.
