Report for DVA Payments
It would be a much more slimline process if we could print out a report for all DVA payments that have been paid and deposited into our bank, on the report it should have the following,
Run #, Provider # and claim # Amount deposited
When claiming through the portal Proda, the process is so easy to find payments and who to allocated them to, I am finding the process through Gensolve is hard.2 votes -
Record and send alerts for Clinician Registration expiration
In Clinician provider details it would be great to have a box for Professional Registration in Australia that is AHPRA and NDIS Worker Screen and when they expires, so the system will send an alert to the clinician and designated system user when it is due. If a new date is not inserted once the registration date expires, appointments will not be able to be booked in the system.

We have a template for our NDIS service agreements and can autofill the patients details, using shortcuts, except for the NDIS number.

Banking details
Our 3rd party payees are confused with the banking details on the invoice.
Can you delete the number 131012 from the invoice.
Can you enter BSB followed with our BSB number and Account number followed by the account number.2 votes -

I spoke to Rachael today about having Gensolve automatically generate letters upon booking/confirming an appointment. My colleague and I discovered that the letter must be put under 'client' in order for it to do so, however we previously had it under condition. Having it under 'condition' allowed for the letter to autofill fields that related to the client's condition i.e. insurance company, claim number etc.
Unfortunately, changing it over to client does automatically generate the letter however now the fields do not autofill which is a bit of an inconvenience.We wanted to request if this is something…

Confirmation of letters sent
When i send letters to be sent by reception staff there's no way for them to confirm its been actioned on the client's history/file.
So when you review letters, its just not actioned to anyone anymore but doesn't say its actually been sent.
If there was a little icon to click on the uploads/letter box, or that is automatically marked when marked "completed" that would be awesome.2 votes -
Class Lists in Alphabetical Order for ease of Identification
Our weekly exercise class bookings list attendees in a random order (it seems). It would be helpful for identification purposes e.g. individual payment entries, if the clients were automatically listed in ALPHABETICAL order when they are added / deleted. thanks

Integration With Cliniq Apps
Clinic Apps is an an awesome program that integrates with Practice management software. It does automatic client interactions, such as automatically sends a welcome email or SMS when a new client books in, automatically sends an email confirmation/reminder, automatically sends out client feedback when you choose, automatically recalls clients whos last appointment was more and a certain period of time so you can check in with them and nurture them. There are many other great features that makes interacting with client so much easier and automated to reduce workload. It also has some great business statistics, and KPIs.

In the severity/nature section can you add "both" as an option to inflam, mechanical, other as often it is both.
Please add the option of Both in the section on Nature as currently there is only inflam, mechanical or other and often it is both.

Are you sure you want to Cancel your Clinical Note?
When writing a clinical note, if the cancel button is pressed, introduce a pop-up window that asks if you're sure you want to cancel your clinical note?

It would be great if an Event is automatically created following a Merge. (this feature is already setup for emails and texts)
After doing a letter merge with a template, we now have to go back into each patient file and add an event that a letter has been sent - very time consuming.

Send SMS with multiple future appointments so patient can simply add to their calendar
Sending an SMS with all future appointments so the patient can then quickly & simply covert them to events in their phone calendars would save valuable time. We're finding patients are taking a lot of time standing at the counter adding in all their appointments to their phone calendar - opting not to take a card or receive email appointment slip. They simply want them in their phones then & there. When I personally receive SMS appointment reminders, I simply click on the date and add event to my calendar. Have a function to "Complete All Appointments", either by site/clinician/date range
We use recurring appointments for billing purposes, and we often have to "complete" hundreds of appointments every month to print invoices.
The ability to "Complete all Appointments" would greatly reduce the hours of administrative overhead required for this

Predicted address to add location
When adding an address, Gensolve gives predicted suggestions. But it does not add the CITY. This is a required field when claiming online for Medicare. Often admin need to go back and fill in when trying to claim

certificate of capacity
Certificate of Capacity is a regular form now completed by allied health in NSW for insurered/workcover patients. This is set PDF template. It would be great to have this as a form template with autofill in the generic areas. This would reduce admin time significantly for therapists completing these.
