Further to this: the date of the document is recorded as the import date from healthlink. We need to be able to edit/record the date to match the actual date of the document. the example I have is dated 6/9 but actual date of letter is 3/9 and this is relevant when trying to find the letter in future.

I have in the past worked in a large clinic and set up a Word doc with all the signatures which I hade copied, pasted and adjusted in size. In all the letter templates I simply pasted each current lot of physios' signatures/quals and deleted all but the one needed at the time of writing the letter.
