    It would help save staffing costs and therefore make huge impact on our business. I consider this a very important functions especially knowing that many other PMS already offer this.

    I absolutely agree with the above! I am surprised Gensolve doesn't take more action in being more user-friendly for general practice. Very disappointed so far.
