  1. Dates for when a clinician becomes inactive would be ideal so the clinician doesn't appear in future booking screens but will still have their appointment bookings from previous months appear when looking back through time.
    At times we need to go back and look at appointment bookings when we have issues with ACC etc and its more difficult to do so when we cant see their appointment and who they saw on the main screen.
    I know there are round about ways to see this info but it would be good to see an actual reflection of who was here…

  5. We should all be looking at this stat to know how staff are performing. No matter which professions are using the tool, re-booking rates are indicative of customer engagement and we need to be looking at this regularly. Good performance indicator.

  6. Can Gensolve recommend a way, or redesign a client file, to create alerts about a clients vaccination status.
    We are looking to implement a policy that patients must be double vaccinated, or otherwise produce a negative covid test result from the last 72 hours.

    Our temporary solution is to choose a banner highlight for double vaccinated patients. However this then impacts on our use of banners for other reasons.
    Alternative solutions could include:
    1. having a check box in the Red Flags for double vaccine, that shows up on the client appointment as a red flag. Again, this dilutes the…

  7. In the 'All Contracts' screen, able to filter by provider not just lead provider. Often contracts are shared between a number of providers and there isn't a quick way of viewing all the contract clients you are involved in unless you are the lead provider. A drop down of provider name similar to lead provider that filtered any contract that you were listed as a provider for under providers/budgets would be really useful.

    Hi,

    You can work on a second window while leaving your email window open. This will avoid missing information while doing something else in the app.

  10. When we click on “N”(create a new client) there is a space there to put in the client’s phone number. We see a lot of young people here (ear nurse clients) that don’t have a home number so they only give us their mobile number. This means that when you click on a person’s Contact Details tab, their mobile number comes up in the top box which is “Phone”and not in the bit that says Mobile. Is it possible for you to add “mobile” in the area where you first put in the new client’s details?

  11. When, for example, sending an email on gensolve you are currently unable to go back to the main appointment screen without exiting out of the box, This can be frustrating when doing tasks and then having a client come in to make an appointment.

  13. Currently only the text of the outgoing email shows in the events. Would be good if the name/s of attachments could show to confirm that reports were sent with the original email.
    Event should also show the name of who the email was sent to.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2.

  14. When changing patient appointments, following their SMS being sent, currently if you click move then they do not receive an SMS for their new appointment. Currently we have been advised to cancel the current appointment and create a new one so that they receive a new SMS. However, when we run our monthly reports, this shows as having a large amount of canceled appointments, which is an incorrect figure. It would be great if an SMS was sent for any appointment booked in, even if it has been moved.

    Thanks for pointing this out. This issue was resolved in a recent release.

  15. In appointments
    Right clicking and selecting Book again - Next week or Book again Two weeks,
    I would like to be able to customise this and make it the number weeks relevant to my patients. We almost never book again for one or two weeks and have to count out 6 8 or 10 weeks every time.

  16. Physiotherapists would normally note that joints or body areas are clear of symptoms by ticking them. See attached file. It would be great if Gensolve had a TICK icon so we could more easily tick areas instead of trying to draw them on.

  19. We are able to have recurring Clinician Appointments, but we really need to be able to book recurring patient appointments - eg Physio Appointments. As this is not currently a feature, we are manually booking the appointments and for our clinic, this sometimes requires an appointment every day of the month so this process can take hours and hours of administration time. The ability to simply enter a recurrence would completely remove this administrative overhead.

  20. We are having trouble staying on top of the approved number of treatments for our insured patients.
    We enter the pre-approved number of appointments into the appointments allowed field before the first appointment, and then find it hard to keep a regular check on the tally for all of our patients.
    Is it possible for the appointments used field to continue to track, even after the appointments allowed total has been reached?
    Maybe there could be a field to show the difference
    ie: Appointments allowed 5 Prior 0 Used 7 (-2) ?
