  2. It would be good to have a note text box for patients to enter extra notes with their online booking. E.g. to state that their booking is injury related so a potential ACC booking to prompt reception.

    When a user chooses an appointment on the portal, before Confirming, an ‘Additional Notes’ field will show which is a free text field.
    The patient can type in any details there and they will appear in the Appointment Notes in Gensolve

  3. Could you make it possible to customise the email that is sent when you click on the client screen to send a Registration link for online appointments.

    We would like to use this as a welcome email which includes the link for online bookings along with other information.

    Example below


    Subject: Welcome to (Company Name)

    Dear X

    Thank you for choosing (Compnay Name) to assist you in your recovery.

    We hope you have been happy with our service today. We would welcome feedback on your first impressions. Please click on this link at any time to send us your thoughts.…

    The Portal Registration Email function is not intended as a general Client Email as there are other options for that purpose.

    You can have a custom ‘Client Appointment’ Email Template to send the information described via the right click menu on the appointment or via the Client’s email in the Client Details screen.

    Under Administration>Service Charges, edit the Initial Service Charge and change the setting:

    “When booking subsequent appointments”

    to be “Add a Different Charge”

    Now select the Follow Up service charge.

  5. Are we able to make it so clinician appointments booked on the diary show who actually booked it like it does for client appointments?

  7. When putting your business on Google- eg for Google Maps- you can choose to select your business as a "transgender safe space". I feel I cannot do that for my business, as there are only female and male options available when patients book in online. Even a third option of "I d rather not say" or "Other" would be preferable

    Regarding the Gender field when registering on the online booking portal.
    This is no longer mandatory, – this was included in our January 2019 Release.

  9. It would be great if Gensolve would automatically update the clinicians hours in the webportal when changes are made to their appointment schedule.

    At the moment once you have made a diary change you have to remember to also add the changes to via the web configuration button to change the dairy on the web portal.

    This is an existing feature whereby when creating the Appt Schedule there is the ability to have it Web Enabled at the same time.

  10. It would be great if when new patients were booking online they filled in a little box to say why they have booked this appointment. As in the issue they are having e.g. pain in right foot or ingrown toenail.

  11. Return email address for online booking confirmation.
    We have 2 clinics and the web booking email default address is the other clinic.

    If a patient replies to a confirmation of online booking email, then it goes to that clinic and not ours. It then has to be forwarded on to us and if the reply is a cancellation then we may not get it forwarded in time.

    Would be great to have the facility to have both confirmation emails and any replies going to the email of the treating site.

    This is now an existing feature, whereby the reply goes to your ‘Web Portal Email’ as well as the ability to also send it to the Site linked to the booking.

    Thanks for the request, we have an existing feature that displays an alert like this already. For example, when viewing the client in the header snapshot area, a warning icon appears next to the client name when amounts are owing. Hover over the warning to show the list of outstanding items.

    Alternatively the Aged Debtors report can be run to view all outstanding amounts: docs.gensolve.com/help/gpm_nz/desktop/Built-In_Reports/Accounting_Form/Debtors_and_Creditors/Aged_Debtor.htm

It would be good once you have entered a clients details that you could then click on Contact Details and then click new to add that client's employer details, e.g. Mangager, however at the moment you have to save clients details, go out of their, edit the client and then go and enter the details.

    When creating a Client, the Employer can be created within the Client Details rather than the Contact Details and Saved.
