  1. When patients book on online, will there be an option in the future where patients can cancel or change their appointment if they need to. I know that the Osteopath software options allow this and it was bought up with me today and so just passing it on as a possible addition.

When an appt is first booked by the user logged in, when you double click on the appt to bring up the charges screen, you can see which user has booked the appt, the date they booked it and the time. Unfortunately this info is erased once someone goes back into the appt and edits or adds a charge to it. Can this info be kept until the appt is completed?

  5. Is it possible to re-book another patient over the top of an appointment slot that is showing a cancelled or no-show patient? The only way I can find to do this is to book in a spare slot and drag it to the right time, could it not be a right-click option over the top of the cancelled patient?

  6. When patients book online, we then have to convert the appointment. Why can't it just come up as a proper appointment to begin with, with their phone number and email?

  7. Being able to track the patient journey once they are redirected to the booking page will be a HUGE help as these measurements will ensure we can make informed decisions on what blocks their might be in the funnel.

  8. Make the appointment TYPE choice compulsory before choosing appt time as clients are reporting they don't see this tab. Saves time when they come in finding out whether it's the same injury or a new one as online booking always has initial as a default.

    This can be achieved by setting the ‘Valid To’ Date at the top of the Service Charge. Then it will not show as an option for appointments after that date.

  10. Add the phone number (ideally a click to phone) to ALL steps of the process so if the patient gets fed up they can easily call and be converted by our staff. Ie “Not sure which Therapist to see; Call … and our friendly reception staff will direct you to the best person for your problem”
