pulling all demographic options in reports, not just age
To make sure we are meeting acc equity policies, we need to be able to pull data in reports according to ethnicity, postcode etc

add healthlink messages when emailing referral letters
When you are emailing a referral from patients letters you should be able to attached health link messages - imaging reports

When emailing from the Client’s Letters & Uploads, if using the Gensolve emailer, there is the ability to ‘Attach a file’.
If the Healthlink message had an attachment, that attachment will show in the Client’s Uploads, and can be attached to the email.

Bulk test feature
In light of COVID and intermittent lockdowns, being able to bulk text clients re cancellations for an entire week/ select days would be useful rather than 24/48/72 hrs in advance.
Most presume we are closed at Level 3, but it is nice to be told for sure.
This would also enable patients to book video consults in good time.1 voteHi there
There is the ability to bulk sms via Reports>Template Merge to a group of Client’s who have appointments in a date range., for the purpose of informing of Clinic closure for example.

Adding Practice /Company logo to letterheads and to the Medical Notes report, .
We would like to be able to add the Practice /Company logo to letterheads and to the Medical Notes report,if it was at all possible.

This is an existing feature and the medical notes header can be configured from your Vendor Details Page > Other settings, and select the option for ‘Page header for the Exam Report’.
Letter Templates can be edited individually to include a company letterhead from the Administration > Letter Templates area.

Consent, ACC45 and signature on patient's own smart phone or device.
Rather than returning to paper forms, and pen & paper, patients are able to fill in their details, complete an ACC45, and sign all on their own device reducing contact from filling in paper forms, and handling pens in the clinic.

When viewing your diary under the appointment tab, it is possible to right click on a client and click SEND SMS to client, however it would great if you could have a SEND EMAIL button, preferably with dropdown for available email addresses/contacts under that client. This would save having to select client open, then edit screen for the client, find the email address and then generate the email.1 vote -
Search for clients under cell phone number or surname
Currently can only search for clients with a surname, sometimes it would be easier to search with a cellphone number of date of birth.
1 voteThis feature is a great one and already exists. Clients can be searched using other criteria such as phone numbers or dates of birth via our Find Client screen using Ctrl+F. Our Support Centre link has more information here:

Reminder to do PT14/Case Review at 14 treatments. We get a reminder to do outcome measures at 6 appointments, could we have a reminder.
AT 14 treatments we need to do a PT14 or Case Review for ACC.

All payments do not show in 'Accounts' tab. Why do we have to go to 'Charges' to see what was pd on a specific date ?
We have a system where our patients pay an extra $20 on 1st appt which is held in their a/c to be used if they DNA. I checked today in 'Accounts' and found only 1 payment of $40 where in fact the patient paid $40 and $20 DNA. I had to go into 'Charges' to find she HAD pd the extra $20 to be used on her last appt, IF she showed to all of her appts. When in 'Accounts' down in Items Paid it doesn't show the extra $20 she paid on the same day as the $40? The…

Being able to select which text you wish to sent do a patient
Having a selection of SMS messages that can be sent eg, if a provider is unwell, if a client DNA's or a reminder that a client owes $$$$ would be extremely useful

Messages can be created either per client (right click on appointment or edit Client Details) or per day (using the Reminders button) and then select the appropriate template.

Expiry date for EPN contract needs to be excluded. There is no expiry date for Claims on ACC unused 32 conditions since 31/03/2018.
Expiry date for physio patients on EPN have no expiry date. Please enable this feature. Even patient returning now after a year and commencing treatment under unused ACC32 numbers are restricted by expiry date. ACC32 should only be warned and needed on 48 treatment, not on 12 month expiry. 12 Month expiry is non existent. It has note been since 31/08/2018.

Account Holder and Family Members
Parents should be account holders for their children so when invoiced the parent or guardian is invoice rather than a child - this is a requirement in NZ. If you have to chase debt you cannot chase it if it's a child and its good to have family members all under umbrella. Makes for speedier entering if family members are already in the system as well

Ability to relate an uploaded item to client condition
To be able to when uploading for example a specialist letter to relate it with the correct condition. Some clients have numerous conditions and this would make it easier to find which letters relate to which condition.

You can upload files directly to a Client Condition by editing the Client Condition and using the Letters & Uploads tab from there (instead of from the Client Details area)
There is a tick box that you can use to ‘Show for this client condition only’.

Linking Family Members
We often have families coming in and have to imput all the information for everyone. It would be good to be able to link the family with addresses, numbers etc or have them on a option together. Especially when it is minor dependants.

The ability to list multiple specialists in the patient information screen.
This to be coded as well so that these details can then be prepopulated in letters.
1 voteHI, Great thinking. We have the ability to add in a different referrer to each condition that the patient comes in for. Depending on what letter template you choose you can select the Referrer on the Patient Card or the one on the condition.

On the daily appointment schedule there should be a tag or ID if a patient has an SMS txt reminder scheduled and is there a way to include an ID if the SMS txt has been sent. This would avoid having to go to Front Office and searching
1 voteIf an SMS has been scheduled for X amount of hours prior to the appointment and it has been successfully sent a black tick will appear on the left if the appointment. If it was not successful a black cross will appear it none at all have been sent for this appointment then it will have no icon.
