    I was advised to add this for clarification:
    To have the option of converting/saving/merging letter templates and reports into a PDF document for handling in the Healthlink and email systems within Gensolve directly without the need to manually generate, save locally, convert and then upload again. Expected benefit being greater security in patient documentation, reduced handling of documents and reduced risk of duplication
