An error occurred while saving the comment Scott commentedokay you could hot spot on the phone to get internet - we have a backup mobile one. But you can't do that when the Gensolve server/internet is down, which is exactly what happened in the case of my last comment...
An error occurred while saving the comment Scott commentedI think this is a very important feature! I was about to start a new featuer when I found this.
With the failure of Telstra on Friday, we thank goodness had backup internet which allowed us to access Gensolve. HOWEVER, Gensolve server's internet failed and we were booted from the program for 1.5 hours.
One of the features in Gensolve that attracted us was the clinical notes feature. However, after Friday, we are seriously reconsidering - if we have no access to the system, we will not be able to access clinical notes and previous assessments!
If on the other hand we have a local/offline access, it can be re-synced when the Gensolve server is back in action.

We are planning for our next release to have the GST noted on the Invoice and it will then be noted on the Daily takings report in the following release.

At the moment, we pick up problems which can only be corrected with deletion of GST returns, bank reconciliations, payments then have to redo all of this

An error occurred while saving the comment Scott commentedI can't believe more people don't want a clearer system with GST. It is really really time consuming to go back to GST mistakes and correct them at the end of each quarter... There needs to be a clearer system so front desk can pick it up on the spot and correct. Actually the above suggestion of having it clear on the payment screen is even better than the daily takings one - as it can be corrected prior to payment!

Can that report exclude those with future appointments so as to only show those who no longer have an appointment in the future
