    We have a long waitlist coming up to the end of year. Would love to be able to print out a report.

    It is possible to print the Waitlist by viewing it, and using the F7 function to auto populate into an Excel spreadsheet.

  2. text reminders

    Send automatic text reminders the morning of patient's appointment, say aprox 7am or 8am. I get a lot of no shows as people forget, whereas sending manual texts significantly improves patients turning up
