  1. When entering a new patients address you always have to enter the address in full. It would be good if there was a list of addresses to choose from, so as you type the street the choices come up and you choose the correct one, with the correct post code. It would save lots of typing and also stop errors in entries of street names and postcodes.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2.

    An address search field has been added which allows partial addresses to be entered, returning a list of potential matches.

  2. GPM has email address book feature rather than having to copy and paste emails into the address bar. Much like gmail, xtra etc.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2.

    Emails of related people, clinics, companies etc can be selected using the ‘Suggestions’ button when creating an email. The suggested emails will also be context specific. For example, when emailing regarding a client’s condition, the ‘suggested’ emails will be those relevant to the client and that condition.

  3. If I post information through an event to multiple staff, they cant tell if the other person has completed the task.
    It would be good if events were linked and updated when completed or modified.

    This action has been integrated: “have the email or sms page open and go to other areas in Gensolve which then moves the open page so that it is behind the Gensolve Mainform. “

    PS: The minimising feature will now be linked only to the ticket named: “Can emailing client window be minimised if interrupted”

  9. Able to send letters (e.g. clinical reports) as a PDF rather than a word document using the Gensolve mail system. Will still need to be able to rename doc (could do that at a word level).

  10. Once parameter's are set in condition have a pop up reminder that a new referral / medical certificate / approval is needed. Would be good to track DVA patients, EPC patients and WC / CTP patients.

  11. Managers want cancellation records and not appointments "moved". Cancelling one appointment, then booking another takes more time & can slow things down at busy times. Being able to access the book again fearture from the cancellation screen would speed things up considerably,

  12. Could you please make an option to make a site inactive. This will stop the site showing up on reports such as Profit and Loss etc.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2.

    A site can now be marked as inactive and will no longer show for relevant lists. Historical data linked to the inactive site will remain unchanged.

  13. Dates for when a clinician becomes inactive would be ideal so the clinician doesn't appear in future booking screens but will still have their appointment bookings from previous months appear when looking back through time.
    At times we need to go back and look at appointment bookings when we have issues with ACC etc and its more difficult to do so when we cant see their appointment and who they saw on the main screen.
    I know there are round about ways to see this info but it would be good to see an actual reflection of who was here…

  14. Ability to save HL messages to clients Letters & Uploads without having to save on computer and upload from there. Some people expect the HL msgs to show in the client letters and uploads.

  15. We should all be looking at this stat to know how staff are performing. No matter which professions are using the tool, re-booking rates are indicative of customer engagement and we need to be looking at this regularly. Good performance indicator.

  16. In the 'All Contracts' screen, able to filter by provider not just lead provider. Often contracts are shared between a number of providers and there isn't a quick way of viewing all the contract clients you are involved in unless you are the lead provider. A drop down of provider name similar to lead provider that filtered any contract that you were listed as a provider for under providers/budgets would be really useful.

  18. When we click on “N”(create a new client) there is a space there to put in the client’s phone number. We see a lot of young people here (ear nurse clients) that don’t have a home number so they only give us their mobile number. This means that when you click on a person’s Contact Details tab, their mobile number comes up in the top box which is “Phone”and not in the bit that says Mobile. Is it possible for you to add “mobile” in the area where you first put in the new client’s details?

  19. When, for example, sending an email on gensolve you are currently unable to go back to the main appointment screen without exiting out of the box, This can be frustrating when doing tasks and then having a client come in to make an appointment.
