  1. Once the pop up for PT14 at 12 treatments comes up - have an options box for clinician to opt out/in with clinical reason (for those who meet ACC criteria etc.). For clinics to be able to filter those needing PT14 more easily

    There is an option under the Condition>Appts Used tab now whereby you can determine if the Claim does not require a Claim Review.

  2. When processing a payment.
    The "Payment site" does not match the transaction/appointment site and must manually be changed (unless it is the Vendor "home site")
    It does not automatically update to site of the appointment. It doesn't automatically update to the site tab selected.

    This seems to me to be a bug, but apparently support says it isn't and therefore requires voting upon to integrate this basic user interface improvement...

  3. Smart Forms need tags. So we can add them to Templates.
    When we send an Email Template, it would automatically add the Smart Form - Share Link.

    Ultimately this would end up automating our Booking System and ensure the client has completed all the necessary paperwork in preparation for their initial consultation.

  4. there needs to be an option (up the top near "appt slip & cash sale") for printing off patients previous appointment list this is beneficial for workers comp patients who need to claim their mileage. printing off their previous appt list is difficult & tedious

  5. It would be extremely useful to have the NO SHOW cancellation appointment not block out the space for anyone looking to book online. We sometimes have patients that cancel on the day and our policy is that if it is within 12 hours of the apt then it is a NO SHOW, so if some cancels at 8am for a 3:30pm apt on that day, it becomes a NO SHOW as it needs to be counted against the patients apts seen or not but we would like this apt. space to be available when someone wants to book online.

    Please also note that the appointment must be marked as No Show more than 15 minutes in advance of the appointmnet in order for it to become available for online booking.

  6. It takes 7 clicks to book an appointment for a new client, this is super long when the patient is waiting on the phone and in a hurry. A faster booking for new clients would be great!

  7. When doing a name search the search only picks up the first name and surname. Would make sense for the search included the "Known Name" as well

  8. Currently users have to select the senders email address from drop down list. This has potential privacy risks with the wrong address selected or users choosing an alternative address. In the first instance, would be good to default to the logged in user's email address in the sender field and secondly, why is there a list that people can choose from?

  9. Can a toggle be added to the Visibility and Ledgers tab for a Service Charge. At the moment I have a huge task of adding 17 therapists who should not see specific Service Charges, when the charge is only applicable for 2 therapists.

  10. A system were we can credit a client that has been given a gift voucher for a treatment/product at a future appointment date.

  11. When searching a patient which has a known name completely different to their first name you can only find them by their known name. For example - Patient James Smith goes by Jimmy and you can only find him if you search for Jimmy Smith yet all ACC data has James Smith info on it. Would be helpful if you could search by both.

  12. Sometimes it is hard to remember a client's surname - but easy to remember first name. It would be great if the search function were set up to search by first name, then surname, so that if you forget their surname - you plug in 'Jo' and then the options come up: "Jo Bloggs" "Jo Blow" "Jo Watson" ...

  13. Instead of creating the d/c letter, saving to your desktop and then uploading it into the clients letters/upload; it would be helpful if when you create the d/c letter that it automatically saves to letters/uploads when it is created.

  15. The payment transaction is very long winded. There is a lot of clicking this and clicking that to get to each part. The payment process is very long winded. There is a lot of clicking buttons to get to each part and the process takes longer. When a patient is in pain and they have to stand there waiting it can make them irritated.

    Thanks for the request, there is already a short cut for this area. Once the client name is in the snapshot at the top, use the $ icon to create the payment

  17. Be able to restrict service charges to clinician type. This would be great for multidisciplinary clinics who offer a number of allied health services. E.g. Being able to restrict service charges to 'Physiotherapists' 'Exercise Physiologists' or 'Massage Therapists' or 'All Clinician Types'

  18. Our business message bank advises us the phone numbers of callers who do not leave a message. It would be great if we could search clients by their phone numbers so then we would know who we were ringing.

    We are checking out both historical and current feature requests and updating information for requesters.

    The Appointment Service Charge Detail report includes an Appt Duration column which shows the duration of the appointment in minutes.

  20. It would be great to have the option to be able to change the date of the invoice when creating invoice, rather than having to go into the client's folder, in their accounts and then change the date from there.
