Being able to create an Invoice for a Sale of a product for a Walk In (not a Client)
If we have someone that comes to purchase a product (we may have online) but they are not a Client it would be helpful to be able to create an Invoice with their details but not have to create a Client.

When we have an urgent event it would flash RED.

Admin discharge of patient that has DNA'ed too many times
To somehow be able to mark a patient as a serial DNA'er and not book back in - but also so that this patient does not show up on the "Clients not been seen or discharged" report.

Automatic birthday reminder feature
To have a feature that will automatically tell you whose birthday it is for the day/month and then be able to send automatic birthday txt to the patients.

We are looking back at all Suggestions from previous years, as well as current Suggestions.
While not automatic, there is a function to do this under Reports>Template Merge by choosing the ‘Birth Month’ Restriction to get Matching Rows, and then sending a bulk SMS to these Clients.

Accessing Appointment Screen while Scanning
- When scanning documents into a patient chart (especially larger documents) there is no option to go back to the appointment book to arrive patients or to check on appointments for people. So when I get a phone call and need to book in a patient I'm having to get them to wait until the scanning is finished and then wait for the documents to load. At the moment i am having to set up a separate station to complete the scanning.

Voice Recognition software compatable with gensolve?
Is there any way to integrate voice recognition software such as "Dragon" into gensolve under online notes? Or would this have to be uploaded as a separate word document from the PC?

time since last appointment
Next to previous appointments if it could specify how many days/weeks since their last appointment that would be a big help.
Sometimes we book patients in a months time but they move the appointment forward or back so it's not always easy to tell. A quick check of how long since they were last in would be great to avoid counting weeks especially when booking the next appointment and they want the same time frame again.

I would like the data on how many visits patients have for each condition, for each physio. for example for lumbar spine conditions
Physio 1 sees these 20 times per episode

Be able to view appointment with Providers who have since left the company
We have noticed that once a Provider is removed from the diary because they no longer work for us, we are unable to view their past diaries for when they were seeing patients. IE if a provider was removed 1st Jan 2016, but saw patient on 10th Dec 2015, once we remove them from the diary we cannot see any of the patients they saw on 10th Dec 2015. When we click on a patient's past appointment, it takes us to 10th Dec 2015 but their appointment doesn't actually show up because the relevant provider's column is removed. We would…

Rebooking Single Patient in Weekly Class
Rebooking a patient in a weekly class needs to be made simpler. If you click on a patient and go to another class it doesn't retain the last patient you clicked on. You need to re-search their name again. Also once you click on the patient and book them in you need to re-enter the charge to section for WorkCover and Third Party patients every time.

Ability to Inactivate Clients
Ability to Inactivate Clients who are Deceased for example so that a warning comes up if try to book saying this client is Inactive etc. Also to search Inactive Clients. Eg all clients who were inactivated could have a * in front of their surname.

Improve support for high DPI screens
Some screen don behave well in a high DPI screen, making the app hard to use.

Treatment count to appear in brackets behind pt name on diary to make4 it eassy to track appts used.
19 votesDue to the limited space on the Appointment book, this information is instead shown on the pop up tooltip which shows when you hover over any appointment.
There is also setting which can make an icon show on the appointment book when appointments are running out. This is on the Vendor details>Appointment tab “Show Appointment icon when less than X appointments remain”.
You can configure how many appointments this should show for.

Right Click/Fast Print Option for Consent Forms
To be able to right click and have a 'Fast Print Consent Form' Option for new clients.
This would save a lot of time as currently each form opens in word and THEN we need to select print from there.7 votesGensolve now has a form that can either be sent to clients or filled out in the clinic on a tablet, Ipad or devise of your choice. This form auto populates to the clients card with vital information and saves a copy as PDF that is date and time stamped. Having this feature will not only save on time but might also save a few trees.
This might be something to consider instead of printing the paper copy.

Enable admin staff to access Physitrack to allow them to print HEP or email to clients as needed

We are looking back at all Suggestions from previous years, as well as current Suggestions.
Access to the third party Physitrack via Gensolve, is per Clinician/User set up with Physitrack directly and the account set up with them.
You should however be able to access your Physitrack account outside of Gensolve for administration purposes.
Please contact Physitrack directly if help is needed with this.
