  1. Have consent forms on tablets or pcs at reception and through the online booking system that autofill into Gensolve, would save a huge amount of data entry for admin and potential errors. Also would save some trees.

    Gensolve now has a form that can either be sent to clients or filled out in the clinic on a tablet, Ipad or devise of your choice. This form auto populates to the clients card with vital information and saves a copy as PDF that is date and time stamped. Having this feature will not only save on time but might also save a few trees.

  2. It's easy to miss patients who are on waitlist as I don't constantly check the waitlist. A notification when there is an availability for a patient on the waitlist to be booked in would be helpful.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2. An icon will be visible at the bottom of the clinician’s calendar when clients are waiting for appointments.

  3. When entering a new patients address you always have to enter the address in full. It would be good if there was a list of addresses to choose from, so as you type the street the choices come up and you choose the correct one, with the correct post code. It would save lots of typing and also stop errors in entries of street names and postcodes.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2.

    An address search field has been added which allows partial addresses to be entered, returning a list of potential matches.

  4. We currently have over 200 site tabs and with some sites divided up into multiple tabs, it's a lot to keep track of! It would be great if there was a search bar beside the tabs so you could very easily jump from one to another.

    This feature has now been released in version 7.6.

    Use the shortcut key (Ctrl-G) or select from the Options menu > ‘Go To Site’ to display a list of available sites alphabetically. You can start typing to narrow the selection, then simply select the site from the list to go to that site’s appointments.

  5. GPM has email address book feature rather than having to copy and paste emails into the address bar. Much like gmail, xtra etc.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2.

    Emails of related people, clinics, companies etc can be selected using the ‘Suggestions’ button when creating an email. The suggested emails will also be context specific. For example, when emailing regarding a client’s condition, the ‘suggested’ emails will be those relevant to the client and that condition.

  6. If I post information through an event to multiple staff, they cant tell if the other person has completed the task.
    It would be good if events were linked and updated when completed or modified.

  7. Currently when a service price increase is set we have to go through our entire appointment book of future appointments to reset the new price increase. This means clicking on each patient in the appointment book and clicking on the service charge. Can there be an option when we set a new service charge an option pops up asking if we want to apply the new charge to all future booked appointments with that service charge on the book. A much needed feature as it takes hours to manually set the new price for future appointments.

    This action has been integrated: “have the email or sms page open and go to other areas in Gensolve which then moves the open page so that it is behind the Gensolve Mainform. “

    PS: The minimising feature will now be linked only to the ticket named: “Can emailing client window be minimised if interrupted”

  14. When a long patient name fills the box in the top left of the main page, it crowds out the date of birth. Could this patient info be compressed or the box made larger so most names can show the DOB?

  16. Able to send letters (e.g. clinical reports) as a PDF rather than a word document using the Gensolve mail system. Will still need to be able to rename doc (could do that at a word level).

  17. Once parameter's are set in condition have a pop up reminder that a new referral / medical certificate / approval is needed. Would be good to track DVA patients, EPC patients and WC / CTP patients.

  18. Managers want cancellation records and not appointments "moved". Cancelling one appointment, then booking another takes more time & can slow things down at busy times. Being able to access the book again fearture from the cancellation screen would speed things up considerably,

    Gensolve has completed development of your Feature Suggestion. You should be able to access this feature in your most recent GPM 5.3 update.

    When setting an appointment as Cancelled or No Show, there is now a new button “Save and Rebook”.

  19. Hi Gensolve,
    When our clients first sign up to online booking they need to reply to an SMS message to confirm they are a person and not a machine and to also confirm the appointment.

    We have some young and elderly clients who do not have mobile phones but use email often. Could we have an option to choose SMS or email to receive the confirmation where you would click on a link to confirm your account?

    A site can now be marked as inactive and will no longer show for relevant lists. Historical data linked to the inactive site will remain unchanged.
