  2. When printing a receipt from an invoice, it omits the prices attributed to each item, just shows a total payment.
    This is useless for health funds.

    The fix apparently is to delete the invoice and pay off directly from the appointment.

  3. It would be useful to be able to attribute multiple clinics to a referrer.
    This would be helpful if creating a mailout to a particular hospital/clinic.

  4. For online bookings could there be an area for their address as we are unable to follow up and send accounts to no shows because Baycorp require a physical address.

  5. In the GPM mobile web page, the options to view appointments are only a day view, monthly calendar, or a list. It would save time when trying to book patients remotely (e.g. at sports coverage, or when in alternative location) to be able to view the week view rather than having to click through each day to find a suitable time.

  6. Is there a way to send automatic emails regarding patients appointments, at time of booking? i know it happens if they book online, but currently it doesnt happen when done at reception

  7. Delete Medical Notes - Added to User Access Roles - So that there is an option to have No delete.
    Currently a clinician can delete another clinicians notes. Deleted Medical notes can be restored - however if wide spread deliberate deleting occurs via a disgruntled clinician then this would be difficult to restore.

  9. When sending an email from Gensolve, you have to either finish it or lose it to be able to do other work or check details within the system. It would be great if you could minimise or ignore the email window and continue with other work.

  10. Sometimes you need to update a whole lot of contracts at the same time. Rather than opening each individually to edit them, it would be handy to change that screen to edit mode and update data directly into table cells.

    This feature would be even more useful in conjunction with another suggestion to show/hide any valid contract fields in the table view.

    Example. We have a custom form for one contract with a tick box to show a patient survey has been sent. Patient surveys get sent in batches each month. It would be great to be able to add…

  11. In the custom contracts table view you can currently see the standard fields and optionally show Management Site, and Charges. It would be useful to be able to customise this view similar to the way you can in Windows File Explorer so you can show/hide any valid fields including custom fields.

    For example, to see purchase orders, case managers, etc.

  13. Could you please make it so that a double click on the patient will maximise the window of notes that has been minimised to the taskbar.
    Currently if you double click it does nothing as the notes stay minimised on the taskbar, if you have lots of notes open, you have to find the one that you are searching for.
    Its just a basic better experience if it maximises them.

  14. Booking classes on-line is really clunky if your clinic has more than just a few classes in one location. The long list of days and times is awkward to navigate for clients. Available classes could be displayed on a calendar, or could be searchable, i.e. sort by type of class or time of day to reduce the list they see.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

At the moment we've just got some top-level information on the clinician booking page (we figure it’s best not to overload people with information while they’re in the decision-making zone) but it'd be great to be able to link back to their full bio on our website if people do want to learn more.

  18. To apply to patients with health insurance- an icon on the patient's appointment slot makes the user aware that they have health insurance, so that the insurer can be billed for their portion of the treatment.
