Read only view to allow viewing of letters being edited by someone else
We have situations where multiple people want to open a uploaded document or new letter at the same time to read it. This can be when someone else is editing and the other wanting to just read it or when both just want to read it.
Currently, it shows as a locked when one user has it open and then nonone else can view it at all.
This is difficult in a IDT envionment with multiple people sometimes wanting to view it in a meeting to read it etc or just in general.

Injury Prevention Advice
We had an egagement performance manager from ACC come into our clinic who told us to clearly state injury prevention advice has been provided in our clinical notes. Is it possible to have a drop down and description area in notes like searching for clients employment details you can create the typical advice you usually give and quickly select which type of advice you have given and then perhaps a window for further detail below that when necessary?

remove the 'use the start date as the item date when invoicing' tick box
When the section úse the start date as the item date when invoicing section on gensolve is ticked, it causes a lot of problems with invoicing schedules to ACC, can we please get this function removed.

Monday appointment reminders to be sent out on Friday rather than on Sunday.
Currently appt reminders for Monday appts are sent out on Sunday. However, our clinic is closed over the weekend and people are unable to phone to make changes to their appt if required.

Easier date input for new patient
We deal with a lot of elderly people so to put their DOB in is not a smooth operation e.g. highlight 'day' type in; R arrow to 'month' type in, R arrow to highlight year. It would easier to be able to use the TAB key and be able to keep your fingers on the home guide keys.

Have ability to enter budgets for contracts in minutes
Instead of working solely in hours it would be nice to have the option of entering a contract budget in minutes.

Allow letters to be actioned to multiple users or a user group to be completed, rather than only a single user
Allow letters to be actioned to multiple users or a user group to be completed, rather than only a single user.
Currently, the only way around this is to create a seperate event which notes a patients name and what needs to be done and action this to multiple users. What would work better is to have the ability when you have completed a clients letter be able to action this to either a user group or multiple users.

merge outcome measures into a document template
Is there a way that the outcome measures can be merged into a paragraph type field in a document template.
We are putting success pathways together for patients and would be most useful to have the outcome measures included in these documents.

Bank recs. Allow the ability to save a .brp file from the Reconcile Bank screen.
You can create a .brp file when you Reconcile from QIF. It would be handy to be able to do it from the Reconcile Bank screen as well. Because sometimes you need to delete a bank rec (eg to to adjust a debtor receipt from ACC). And it would be useful to be able to create a 'back-up' of the bank rec before you delete it (ie a .brp file) so you can re-create the bank rec quickly once the adjustments are done. Thanks.

Alert notification when completing/signing off appointments without claim selected
Have had instances when appointments were signed off or completed without having the claim selected, which would end up not being sent out and ultimately get lost. Would be helpful to have it show as a different colour other than grey, to show that a claim has not been applied to the appointment yet.

New type of "New Clinician Appointment" block
It would be really useful to have a different type of block same as the "New Clinician Appointment" block that does not take up the space of an appointment, so that we can add possible admin blocks but if someone looks for appointment times online, that these times are available for them to use but if no one books online, it is just an information placeholder basically - eg for admin time or study time etc.

is there any way that gensolve could shade out calendars for school holidays? may get complicated with different dates for different states?
We would like for school holidays to be shaded out on the calendar. Obviously state by state is different. We would find this useful for pilates classes as certain patients cannot attend during school holidays. Also helps out patients when they are booking for their next appt, whether or not they need to bring their children or organise baby sitters. Just a thought
