Cancelled contract appointments charges automatically go through to Accounting invoices
Currently cancelled or no-show appointment charges have to be manually added as a charge to the contract and not linked to an appointment in order for them to show up in Accounting to be included on an invoice. Instead of being automatically generated when you select cancel - full charge.

PFSF Goals Breakdown
Is it possible to get average scores for PSFS Goals and NPRS scores - a start average and finish average. We have to report on these for Certification and currently are having to manually go into each discharge summary to obtain this information.

Be able to create events from event templates from the client 'Event' from snapshot area or from the To Do List - new Event or an existing Event.

Online booking - discrete identifier in confirmation email subject line

Our receptionist brought up a small issue with the GPM web booking system, which I thought might be an easy fix.
Here’s the problem: when clients book a new appointment, they get sent a confirmation email, which gets Bcc’d to reception. However, our receptionists use Gmail’s “Conversation View” to manage their inbox, and under this system, emails with the same subject line get grouped together – so all web bookings end up ‘hiding’ behind each other and are easily overlooked in a busy reception context.

We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.
Some key improvements we have focused on include:
- Improving usability and reducing clicks
- Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
- Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
- Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
- Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

Ability to run report on file types uploaded to contract
It would be great to be able to run a report to show the different files types upload to each contract/client. This way we could e.g. find clients where the consent form is not uploaded easily - at the moment we have to check each client individually for this.

Contract charge type drop down
Please could we be able to categorise from most used to least used and also just have the ones come up for the contract being used- not all of them

Ability to archive or show archived clients as we are going paperless
Having a box that we can tick when client is archived. The client could be made a grey colour for archiving

Batch edit for classes
Able to batch edit classes such as adding or altering charges.
Also able to duplicate a class when creating large volumes of classes that are very similar1 vote -
Sort by "most recent appointment" in client search window
When searching for a patient in the "client search window", please add a column to sort by "most recent appointment" or something similar. This would allow easier finding of a recent patient should only a first or last name be known.

Retaining data for clients using Cheques
Instead of having to type out the info for repeat clients using Cheques, perhaps retain the data to save time.

More email merge fields
Current templates are very limited - it would be great to include the patients Date of Birth, Contact phone number, GP, ACC45 #. And please get the Appointment email up and running

Client classification for classes
We need to classify clients attending certain Pilates class as they are not eligible, there is no way to classify what classes client can and can not attend. If you make a note on the main client page it doesn't show up when you are adding a client to the class as you are entering a client from a different section of gensolve. This is only going to get worse as we increase the number of classes we have.

Product section report - Option to "Group by"
"Would like to just report on Product Use. To do that, the Report would need to be changed, have another drop down added, to give the ability to 'Group By' 'Item Type' (much the same as the Service Charge report can 'Group By' 'Service Charge', so that all types are shown together). As per pictures

Pick a time based either on clinician OR service type
AND ensure that only the correct services/ clinician respectively come up as options ... with the option of earliest clinician available if service type is the searched variable1 vote -
Have more than 2 email addresses per vendor
We have three clinics with 3 individual email addresses under one vendor. The system only allows for 2 domain names

Request button for patients requesting certain therapists
If a patient only wants to see a certain therapist and no one else we could have a request button/box that can be ticked by the therapists name in the condition when booking the appointment. Then shows up as a R icon on the appointment booking screen, which can be easily seen. This way everyone would be aware that certain patients only wants to be booked in with X therapist.

Ability when setting up appointment schedule, to choose to apply each year
Provide a check box or similar to allow applying of schedule to same date in the future i.e. Australian public holidays that are on the same date each year

Ability to setup appointmnt schedules accross multiple dates throughout year for PH's
Currently went setting up appointment schedules for public holidays throughout the year, unless days are consecutive, it has to be done for each occurrence

Ability to select multiple but not all clinicians when setting up an appointment schedule
Currently if setting up things like public holidays where it applies to most clinicians, we are forced to setup by each person, as system only allows to apply to all or by individual, which is extremely time consuming and repetitious.
