  2. When a Healthlink message is received, use the client details within the Healthlink message to search for a client, then create a new client. For example, the phone number, address, email and NHI number could all be copied from the Healthlink message which would save re-entering them.

  4. It would be great if we could have an additional person allowed in a telehealth consultation. This would allow for clinicians to observe and/or collaborte with other clinicians for example during peer review process, or a clinician sitting in on a Physiotherapy specialist review.

  5. Maintaining Cancellation and No Show Fees
    We have 2 different fees depending on whether the appointment was a 60min or 30min appt. We can only set one charge at this stage.

  7. Ability to quickly see number of consultations at top of each practitioner column is useful to get an overall idea of bookings day to day & week to week for the practice & individual practitioners. We can get this info from reports but a quick look is easier for practitioners.

  9. When sending out a text reminder, have a link in it they can click which will auto update it to their calendar with for e.g. a 4 hr calendar reminder which goes off, which will further improve attendance

  12. Sometimes we have clients who present themselves as undesirable persons to let into our clinic (indecent exposure, sexual assault, fail to pay etc). I would dearly love an option to block them from booking online. I currently use highlights to alert us to such persons but to stop their ability to book online would assist us in keeping them out of our system.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:


    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

  13. Currently, when a User Registers on the Portal using their Known As name, Gensolve duplicates the Client and doesn't match the Client as it is looking for First Name.
    Can we please assess matching by Known As Name if there is one, along with the other matches.

  14. when booking in new third party appointments, the program needs to have a feature which will alert that all approved appointments have been used rather than allowing continual rebooking of appointments without approval.

  16. It would be useful to be able to see the Purchase order number on the main screen of the All contracts page; this would be helpful when looking at a client who has multiple contracts to see if any are being approved under previously allocated purchase order numbers.

  19. We are using the feature of linking an event to a client, which is great, we press the E beside the client's name - and it's a nice shortcut through to the client. We would like to have the same functionality for linking to the contract. The contract area is more meaningful for us to link to as it gives us the due dates, the med notes report, etc etc, so if we could choose to link to a contract, then this would save us a lot of time.
