Create a new client using details from a Healthlink message
When a Healthlink message is received, use the client details within the Healthlink message to search for a client, then create a new client. For example, the phone number, address, email and NHI number could all be copied from the Healthlink message which would save re-entering them.

Be able to have three people in a Telehealth Consultation
It would be great if we could have an additional person allowed in a telehealth consultation. This would allow for clinicians to observe and/or collaborte with other clinicians for example during peer review process, or a clinician sitting in on a Physiotherapy specialist review.

Show number of consultations at top of each practitioner column
Ability to quickly see number of consultations at top of each practitioner column is useful to get an overall idea of bookings day to day & week to week for the practice & individual practitioners. We can get this info from reports but a quick look is easier for practitioners.

It would be great if you could set up a credit card surcharge which can then be automatically added to the total sales if you were to select credit card as the form of payment.

Block unwanted clients from online bookings
Sometimes we have clients who present themselves as undesirable persons to let into our clinic (indecent exposure, sexual assault, fail to pay etc). I would dearly love an option to block them from booking online. I currently use highlights to alert us to such persons but to stop their ability to book online would assist us in keeping them out of our system.

We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.
Some key improvements we have focused on include:
- Improving usability and reducing clicks
- Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
- Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
- Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
- Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

Ability for GPM to Match Known As Name when a Client Registers using Known As Name
Currently, when a User Registers on the Portal using their Known As name, Gensolve duplicates the Client and doesn't match the Client as it is looking for First Name.
Can we please assess matching by Known As Name if there is one, along with the other matches.14 votes -

when booking in new third party appointments, the program needs to have a feature which will alert that all approved appointments have been used rather than allowing continual rebooking of appointments without approval.

Purchase order number on 'All Contracts' page
It would be useful to be able to see the Purchase order number on the main screen of the All contracts page; this would be helpful when looking at a client who has multiple contracts to see if any are being approved under previously allocated purchase order numbers.

Have a way when an electronic consent form is submitted from a clients end that the appropriate email address at our end receives an alert to let us know a form has been submitted?

Link events to contracts
We are using the feature of linking an event to a client, which is great, we press the E beside the client's name - and it's a nice shortcut through to the client. We would like to have the same functionality for linking to the contract. The contract area is more meaningful for us to link to as it gives us the due dates, the med notes report, etc etc, so if we could choose to link to a contract, then this would save us a lot of time.

Make Patients Non-Active
Would like to be able to make clients that move away / haven't been seen in sometime inactive. You could then have the choice to search all patients or just those that are active.
